December 2019 - Winter Mama - Clean, very well maintained campground. The indoor camp kitchen is fully fitted out with fridge, stoves, jugs, sinks etc. As well as 3 bbqs under-cover just outside. The staff were friendly and happy to explain things, offer help and suggestions. The bathroom and laundry block is so well looked after it feels like the kind of quality i'd expect from a hotel. I love big 4's because they're so family friendly and this one is no exception.

November 2019 -  Ramesh Geddam- By far the best powered and secured camping site I visited with family. Kids play area, spa, heated pool, kitchen with fridge, wash area and barbeque, well maintained toilets, this is one stop for holiday, you literally don't need to go out for fun. Walkable spot from beach, within 6km radius you can catch up many restaurants. I paid 66 per night for 4 members. Kids gaming area requires 2 dollar coins, just video gaming, but rest all like jumping pillow, swings and climb twist are free to use. SPA is very small so be aware of timings to use it, as it will be crowded most of time.

September 2019 - Tobias Aigner - (Translated by Google) Here are 5 stars too little. This is by far the best campsite in Australia I have ever been on. Everything is just right here. Unbelievable nice staff, very nice plant, super nice and clean toilets. The leisure activities - not only in the immediate vicinity but also on the campsite is excellent. I would wish that all campsites in Australia take this as an example! Please continue like this!

July 2019 - Debra De Wiljes- My husband and I stayed here 1 night on our way from Sydney to Brisbane. The grounds and amenities were extremely clean and well kept. The showers had plenty of hot water. A short walk across the road took us to amazing views of the coastline.

July 2019 - Tasma - We stayed on an ensuite site for 8 nights. Loved the park and did not want to leave! It is kept in immaculate condition and the staff are very friendly. The only thing I could suggest to improve is more shelving and maybe an exhaust fan in the ensuite and a permanently heated pool (it is solar heated though...we just happened to be there when it was raining and overcast! Thankfully there is a heated spa that kept the kids very happy). Otherwise great! Nice and quiet too. Close to bike tracks into Ballina. Have to drive to shops/restaraunts, though it's only 5 minutes to Lennox Heads.

May 2019 - Nik Pe - Clean park with spotless amenities and hot showers. On arrival we were taken to our site and assisted with parking the van which was a nice touch. The kids facilities, go karts and playground were great. The roads throughout the park were wide so all the kids could ride around all day safely. Only downside was not walking distance from cafes, pubs & beach but everything is only a short drive away. The kids enjoyed the organized Easter Egg hunt today thank you!

April 2019 - Alexander Wagerle - (Translated by Google) We really only wanted to stay one night, as the nights in Bayron Bay are disproportionately expensive. There were at the end 3 nights, in which we felt super well. We were with the camper on a very nice place surrounded by palm trees and a great pool. The kitchen and bathrooms are impeccable - in the last 3 months we have visited many campsites in Australia and New Zealand - this is one of the best. Also the nice and very helpful staff we would like to mention. The place is 100% to recommend 😊

April 2019 - Roy - Clean! Nice pool! But a lot of mosquitoes (1st of April)! We are used to mosquitoes, but here are just way too many! Thinking of 5 or 6 mosquitoes constantly around you and biting everywhere they can! Fair enough to say, nothing to complain about the park itself. Cleanest amenities we had in 10 wks! So if you don't care about mosquitoes or going other time, just go there! Probably one of the best camping's around the east coast!

March 2019 - Rhi R - Great park! Everything is unbelievably clean. Staff were super helpful. Really nice camp kitchen. Sites are lovely and well kept.
Terrible mobile reception (which is not a bad thing on holidays 😃). They do free WiFi, which is great. 5 min drive to shop /restaurants. Handy little shop onsite. Tips- pack all the mosquitoe spray and coils. We went after rain, and the mosquitoes were out in force!

February 2019 - Troyo L - Very tidy park. Relax and enjoy the grounds. Lovely swimming pool always looks inviting. Friendly staff with a relaxed and happy approach.

A bit cold for me for the pool but plenty of people enjoyed as well as the spa both were clean and inviting. Staff wonderfully friendly and helpful. On arriving our van was parked perfectly in no time with expert help from the Manager. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay👍

September 2018 - Trevorge - After a hard drive from Toowoomba settled in nicely at the Big 4. Great facilities, spotlessly clean and great staff made for a nice stay. Great location with easy access to the area but if, like us, nearing 70 avoid Byron Bay as it is not as we remember it!

September 2018 - Annette P - Skennars Head and Ballina was a lovely surprise the caravan park is in a great location with walks to Boulder and Skennars Head beach and back around to the park. Quiet well-maintained park with friendly staff who helped us back in the van. Clean and new amenities, dump point new machines in the laundry and plenty of clothes lines. Great kids area away from the vans at the front of the park well fenced and a pool and spa also. Highly recommend a great place to base yourself to visit the area so much to do.

August 2018 - Lesley Siddle - Love this park and it's amenities, the owners should be proud of themselves and their staff. You could eat your dinner off the amenities floor they were so clean. And the grounds were well looked after. We originally booked for a week but stayed for two. Defiantly will be back.

August 2018 - KezzaT2014 - This camp ground is to die for. Beautiful surroundings, spotless and immaculate amenities with piped music. Great laundry. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Great area for kids with a large play area, games room and a swimming pool. A 15 min or so walk to the beach.

Apr 2018 - Thomas Kayaker (Google) - Great destination. Plenty to keep the kids amused. Pool, spa, games room. Off road bike paths to the beaches. They have good sized sites pegged out and you never feel like the place is packed, even Easter!

Mar 2018 - Boris Z (Google) - Can I say anymore about a great friendly team. So very helpful when guiding our camper trailer into position. Was so unexpected. And still stayed around to help us correctly position the camper trailer. Cannot say enough. My daughter learnt how to ride here. The people are friendly. When we had to check out unexpectedly it was no trouble. There is a kids park. And indoor area on-site. And close by a bike track. People staying here were so friendly . And always waved. And said g'day every morning. Can't wait to go back again.
