Deposit required is one night for off peak and 50% of total tariff for all other seasons. For online bookings the deposit required is 100% of total tariff.
Online bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable
Short notice bookings require a non-refundable deposit upon booking and verbal notification of our Cancellation and Refund Policy
The balance of tariff is to be paid upon arrival. No cheques accepted upon arrival, or for deposit for bookings made within 14 days of arrival date
Management reserves the right to cancel bookings without notice if full deposit is not paid within 10 working days of making reservation
Management reserves the right to cancel bookings not paid in full upon arrival
Specific sites or cabins can be requested, but cannot be guaranteed.
The management reserves the right to relocate or change the site number or cabin number when necessary after booking
A weekend surcharge may apply for Friday or Saturday night bookings and long weekends. See tariff sheet for rates
Late check outs are subject to availability - $40.00 until 4 pm.
All guests must be over 18 unless with a parent or responsible guardian.
Check in time: Cabins 2pm/Sites 12noon
Check out time: 10am (NSW time)
Members of Top Tourist Parks of Australia are eligible for their 10% discount on their booking only (to the value of $30). Please mention your membership upon booking and present your membership card upon check-in at Ballina Headlands Leisure Park. If you are not a current member our friendly Reception staff can join you up on arrival.
Please note that Ballina Headlands Leisure Park is closed on Christmas Day. Arrivals and departures cannot be scheduled for this day.
Guests may be required to provide a credit card as security.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Your booking is a contract that Ballina Headlands Leisure Park will honor.
Tariffs and deposits are not refundable if your stay is cut short. Refunds do not apply to cancellations based on weather.
Cancellations received in writing 4 weeks prior to the booking will be refunded less a $30.00 administration fee
Cancellations notified less than 4 weeks before the booking will forfeit the deposit paid.
If less than the above mentioned notice is given for a cancellation, no refunds or credit will be given.
Booked & confirmed sites will only be held for 24 hours from commencement date unless otherwise arranged
Your booking is for a set time and once confirmed any change will result in liability for payment of the whole time booked unless you have cancelled in accordance with our policy.
Please be advised that we only allow one tent per site and one vehicle per site. Both vehicle and tent must fit within the boundaries of your site. All extra vehicles are to be parked outside the park, this includes visitors. Boats can be parked within the park in designated parking by prior arrangement.
Visitors are more than welcome during your stay, however please be aware that overnight visitors (maximum of two visitors per site) or day visitors wishing to use the park facilities will incur a fee. Visitors must register at Reception upon arrival and pay in advance. This is an effort to keep your fees at a reasonable cost, and to ensure the security and safety of all our guests and residents.
